We offer a 14-day hassle-free return for unused, unopened items in original packaging with tags attached.
Conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must show no signs of wear, damage, or use.
- Proof of purchase (order number) required.
Process:
- Contact us via email: support@yourstore.com
- Include order number and reason for return.
- We’ll approve the request within 2 business days.
- Refund (minus original shipping cost) or exchange issued upon receipt of returned item.
Exclusions:
- Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items.
- Damaged items due to customer misuse.
Note:
All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
